Fruitful  Workshops

In troubled times,

young souls unwilling to beg for lives,

have their hearts broken.

Let’s learn from nature.

Open up your body.

Throw away your thoughts.

Listen to the bird,

as if we are fishes swimming in fishponds.

Jot down all your annoyance

and get back on track.

“Writing Fish”

Ink on paper

2020

Participants first observed a complete fish skeleton carefully. They then drew the fish figure from their imagination in one stroke. Finally, they used the automatic writing method to write down their feelings of that day on the drawing.

“Death is a kind of journey”  “You’re idling while I’m being beautiful”

Ink on paper

2020

Participants also strolled along the ponds, perceiving the imageries to write down their feelings towards life and death, as well as the juxtaposition of all things, with the themes “Death is a kind of journey”and “You’re idling while I’m being beautiful”.

“Whispering”

Ink on paper

2020

Participants put on eye masks, sat down quietly, unwound themselves and listened to the surrounding sounds. They then wrote down their feelings with the theme “Whispering”.
