Fish in the Pool

Fishpond, Wind of Grains, City, Pollution, Reborn, Flying Fish, this six dishes will present the life experience of grey mullet in Tai Sang Wai.

You may feel the joy of swimming in the fishpond freely, explore the living environment of the fish through your eyes, savour 6 themed dishes through tasting, and experience the threats to the fish.

The six dishes can be divided into 3 different stages. We hope that you can explore: the first stage - food of grey mullet; the second stage - environmental pollution which cause by human being; the final stage - reborn of grey mullet.  Let the participants explore and experience the life of a grey mullet through their sense of taste.

Gazing

The art work is using natural and abandoned materials found daily at  Tai Sang Wai to create installation of music score that floats on the surface of the fish pond, reflecting the relationship between daily life and the cycle of nature, and rethink the harmony between human and nature. The sun, wind, fish, every natural elements will change the dynamic of the music score. It’s being transformed into a video installation with soundtrack creation and also a live score performance co-create with audiences at the exhibition space.
